Baltimore breaks first-half tie to roll to Week One win as MASL 3 opens 5th season

TAMPA, FLorida -- The Baltimore Kings wish every day was opening day.

Major Arena Soccer League 3 kicked off its fifth season of action Saturday with the Baltimore Kings hosting the Virginia Marauders. The Kings broke a 1-1 second quarter deadlock with eight straight goals to eventually cruise to a 9-1 victory.

One of two teams to take to the field for all five MASL 3 seasons, the Kings are 4-1 now in season opening games. Pat Fleming had a three-goal, one assist performance while Josh Danza had three assists.
