TAMPA, Florida -- While the Big Game might have been big time boring, action in Major Arena Soccer League 3 in Week 13 was anything but with everything from an overtime thriller to the rare indoor soccer shutout.

Deportivo Shaolin and the Springfield Demize combined for 47 goals in back to back games as a sure fire antidote to the Super Snooze Bowl, with Shaolin taking both, the second in overtime. At the other end, Jakeb Mitchell was perfect in a road blanking of the Youngstown Nighthawks.

Elsewhere, all four of the top teams in the turbulent Atlantic Division were in action, and look who's on top now. It's the Maryland Storm after knocking off previously unbeaten Baltimore, while Northern Virginia stopped Delaware City. Also, RGV started to look like the defending league champs as they rolled past previously undefeated OKC and Cleveland got a measure of revenge on the Buffalo Gunners, who had knocked off the Samba the weekend prior.

Week 14 will have some super showdowns on the slate too, including a NOVA and Delaware City rematch in Wilmington, the OKC Certified Lions at home to the high-flying Deportivo Shaolin,  and the Muskegon Risers back at Trinity Health Arenas to host Kalamazoo United.
