The 2023-24 regular season has wrapped up and four teams have qualified for the postseason. For the third straight season NoVA FC (9-2-0) have finished atop the Major Arena Soccer League 3 table to earn the top seed for the playoffs. NoVA FC do have one game to make up from earlier this season. They will face Virginia Marauders (0-11-0) on Wednesday.

Philadelphia Spartans (9-3-0) finished second for the third season in-a-row and will host newcomer DMV Gunners (8-4-0) on Friday in a semifinal. The Gunners enjoyed a successful first season in MASL 3 qualifying for the playoffs and a third place finish. They split the two-game regular season series with Philadelphia in a pair of competitive matchups.

The fourth and final playoff spot went to Fredericksburg Fire (7-5-0) who needed a victory on the road against the Baltimore Kings in the regular season finale to earn their place in the postseason. The Fire have qualified for the postseason for three straight years, finishing as runner up in 2022.
