TAMPA, Florida -- The Major Arena Soccer League 3 Week 16 schedule is a sandwich of great weekend games, starting Friday with a battle of undefeated in the Great Lakes North Division, and ending Sunday night with a huge matchup in the Atlantic where four teams are still very much alive for a playoff spot.

The 6-0 Muskegon Risers and 6-0 Cincinnati Swerve will have a big crowd buzzing at the Trinity Health Arena to start things off. The two will end their regular seasons in Cincinnati in a couple of weeks to boot.

In the Atlantic, the 4-1 Baltimore Kings host 4-2 Northern Virginia, who has won three league titles in their history. They are both chasing the Maryland Storm, who will host the improved Virginia Marauders this weekend as well.

In addition, the Roc City Boom and Buffalo Gunners are sure to put on an offensive show in Buffalo,  And Muskegon will actually play three times this weekend, with road games Saturday and Sunday at Detroit Waza Flo.

Next weekend, look for more playoff position jockeying when the Baltimore Kings meet both the Maryland Storm and Northern Virginia, and the RGV Barracudas, defending league champs, look to continue their surge against the Wichita Selection.
