TAMPA, Florida -- There are still playoff spots to be decided and playoff seeds to be decided as well with two weeks left to play in Major Arena Soccer League 3.
Four games this weekend will help decide some of that, including a showdown in Ohio as the Cincinnati Swerve take on the Muskegon Risers. The two teams met two weeks ago in Michigan when they were both undefeated, and Muskegon handed Cincy its first loss of the season, with the Risers clinching first-place in the Great Lakes Division.
One of those two teams will get the winner of the Atlantic Division, which is still up for grabs and won't be decided until the final week of the season next week, and one will likely get the Baltimore Kings in the quarterfinals. The Kings are in as hosts of this year's playoffs in Fredericksburg, Virginia, from March 27-29.
Youngtown will be looking for a second straight win against the Cleveland Samba on the road. The Samba are through as the second place finisher in the East. And rounding out the schedule is the Buffalo Gunners at the Roc City Boom. The Boom have secured the top spot in the East, and will be part of the post season as well.
Next weekend, Delaware City at Baltimore will have potential implications in the Atlantic and the Roc City Boom will be on the road as the last regularly scheduled game of the season in Youngstown.
