Week 13 recap: NoVA clinch top seed, Spartans sweep weekend

NoVA FC (9-2-0) and Philadelphia Spartans (8-3-0) have booked their spot in the postseason after both earned a pair of victories in Week 13. Just two weeks remain in the Major Arena Soccer League 3 regular season with two playoff berths still up for grabs.

March 6: NoVA FC 14, Virginia Maruaders FC 7

March 8: Philadelphia Spartans 10, Baltimore Kings 2

James Brett allowed just two goals while a Tim Dugan hat trick lead the Spartans offense over the Kings. 

March 9: Fredericksburg Fire 8, DMV Gunners 6

Spartans clinch a playoff berth in sweeping the home-and-home series vs Baltimore.

March 10: NoVA FC 17, Salisbury Steaks 3

Alex Kryazhev and Eric Calvillo scored four goals each while Junior Kadio netted a hat trick to power NoVA past the visiting Steaks.
