TAMPA, Florida - Several Major Arena Soccer League 3 teams took steps toward the 2025-26 playoffs late next month with big wins in Week 14 action.
That included Deportivo Shaolin, who surged into first with a win over second place OKC Certified Lions, and the Muskegon Risers who improved to 6-0 with a win over Kalamazoo, setting up a huge showdown on Feb. 27 against the undefeated Cincinnati Swerve. Delaware City's big win over Northern Virginia has them, for now at least, atop the highly competitive Atlantic as well.
The Cleveland Samba are also casting an eye toward the big dance, setting league records for goals in a game and largest margin of victory. Springfield handled Austin in one other weekend matchup.
Big matchups this coming weekend include Deportivo Shaolin on the road to take on the defending league champions RGV Barracudas and Delaware City on the road to try and defend the top spot in the Atlantic against the 4-1 Baltimore Kings.
