Week 5: Midwest, Great Lakes North divisions have season openers this weekend

TAMPA, Florida -- While action in the Atlantic Division of Major Arena Soccer League 3 has been hot and heavy in the opening weeks of the 1015-26 season, no other division have kicked off their schedule.

But that changes this weekend as both the South and Great Lakes North divisions have teams in action, with home openers for the Springfield Demize against the OKC Certified Lions (South) and the Cincinnati Swerve host the Muskegon Risers (Great Lakes North).

There's still plenty of action in the Atlantic as well with a spicy matchup in Westminster as the Maryland Storm will host Delaware City FC in their home opener. Meanwhile, the battle of Winchester, Virginia, is on as two teams based there -- the VIrginia Maruaders and Norther Virginia FC -- will square off as well.
