TAMPA, Florida -- Big performances by some of the best players in Major Arena Soccer League 3 led their respective teams, including the OKC Certified Lions, Wichita Selection, and Maryland Storm -- to wins in Week Seven action this past weekend.

That list starts with OKC's Aboubakr Diallo, who was second in total points last year, who scored five times to lead the Certified Lions to a home win against last year's MASL 3 champs, the RGV Barracudas, who were making their 2025-26 debut. It also includes Wichita's Wesley Carson, whose four goal performance lifted the Selection to a season-opening win. In 2024-25, Carson scored 26 goals, fourth-best in the league. And the Storm got a big effort from Angel Stanley Maravilla Chavez who had four goals and an assist in a win over tough-luck Cumberland Valley.
The New Year rings in with a busy slate of games next weekend, including home debuts for the Roc City Boom who played for the league title last year, the Youngstown Nighthawks and Austin's The Bold Dream FC.
